Project Details:
JDR successfully delivered more than 9,000 square feet of upscale office space in downtown Savannah, completed on schedule, within budget, and with minimal disruption to neighboring tenants.

The project included the consolidation of multiple fifth-floor suites into a single, cohesive workspace to accommodate the new offices. The result is a modern, functional office environment tailored to support the client’s operational needs while maintaining the character of the existing building.
