33 Bull St Suite 115 - AECOM
This video highlights JDR’s current project of a 1,750-square-foot upscale office build-out in the heart of downtown Savannah, GA.
110 E Broughton St - Retail Remodel & Build Out
JDR was asked to quickly renovate and remodel this space to become the new home of the Spice and Tea Exchange of Savannah.
Forsyth Parkside - 106 W Gwinnett St.
Exterior building repairs and interior plumbing upgrades to this historic building by JDR Construction and Design, Inc.
Savannah Bananas & Party Animals Locker Rooms
JDR was proud to renovate the clubhouses at historic Grayson Stadium for these players.

JDR was proud to partner with Faherty Brand on this beautiful retail store in the heart of downtown Savannah.
1902 Church Restoration & Addition
Working with an amazing team, JDR was able to restore & modernize this 1902 church into a profitable rental property for our client.
Garden Square Bar & Restaurant
JDR was able to transform this empty shell into a beer garden oasis and restaurant in Savannah, GA
Kimley-Horn Offices
JDR completed a 9,000+ square foot upscale office build-out in downtown Savannah, GA on schedule and within budget, while minimizing disruption to neighboring tenants. The project combined multiple fifth-floor suites into a single, cohesive space for Kimley-Horn’s new offices.
Basswood Landings
Refreshed the leasing offices, clubhouse, gym, and pool area to create bright & welcoming spaces.
The Baked Bear
Warm, fresh baked cookies and ice cream. JDR was able to transform this historic space into a sweet treat.
Urgent Pet Care of Savannah
JDR helped Dr. Goldberg build his initial facility then we partnered with Urgent Pet Care of Savannah again on their expansion as they continued to grow.
Postal Annex
Jim and his team were great clients and this is a prime example of JDR's sweet spot. We were able to get them open on time and under budget to get their packages moving.
The Snug Irish Pub
JDR was lucky to help bring The Snug Irish Pub to Wilmington Island.
South Moon Under
JDR was able to quickly convert this retail space into a new concept for South Moon Under. Working closely with the team JDR was able to get them moved in and set up before their target date.
Savannah Bananas Headquarters
When to most fun brand in baseball calls you know it's going to be a good time. JDR was able to make this unique space work for this potassium powerhouse.
