The Basswood Landing Apartment Homes renovation refreshed the community’s leasing offices, clubhouse, gym, and pool area to create bright, welcoming spaces designed for everyday living and gathering.

 

With a focus on bringing in natural light and connecting indoor and outdoor areas, the project embraced the feel of spring year-round. All renovations were completed while keeping the leasing offices fully operational, ensuring minimal disruption for residents and staff.
