JDR Construction and Design, Inc. transformed a long-abandoned restaurant space into the new retail home of The Spice & Tea Exchange of Savannah.

Completed on a fast-tracked schedule, the project ensured the store opened just in time for the start of Savannah’s busy tourist season.
